Payment Conditions
Sarah Boswell Catering requests that payment for your event be made as follows:

Cancellations and Postponements
If you decide to cancel or postpone your function, or think that you may need to, please contact us as soon as possible.

Method of Payment
We accept direct deposit, cheque (made out to Sarah Boswell Catering) or cash. Late payments apply when payment is not received 30 days after the due date (see payment conditions).  The late fee is 15% of the outstanding balance.

Confirmation of Numbers
To ensure our standard and service, confirmation of the number of guests must be provided seven days prior to the event.  We will accept an increase in numbers within three days of the event.

Event Management
If event management is requested by you, Sarah Boswell Catering will manage and accept responsibility of organising and dealing with all other subcontractors; for example hire, beverage, staff and other services, that you may require for your event. A charge of 20% of the service will apply. This fee will include the coordination of delivery and pickup for any external resources that you may require. This guarantees a high standard of service and minimises the effort involved for you in dealing with additional companies. You will be supplied with one account that includes all aspects of your event (this includes dealing with all deposits and final payments with all subcontractors).
